How to BAKE A CAKE

Procedure:

Cake

1. Shift together the sugar and flour and set aside.
2. In sauce pan mix the margarine cocoa, and water, bringing tio a rapid boil.
3. Add the sugar and flour and mix well, add the buttermilk, vanilla, soda, eggs, and cinnamon.
4. Mix well and pour on greased jelly roll pan with one inch raised sides.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Frosting

1. Place margarine, cocoa and milk in a saucepan.
2. Bring to a foil from stove and add the powdered sugar and nuts.
3. Spread on the cake while still hot from the oven.

By legalizing many jobs could be created by the marijuana production industry, hemp from the crop could be harnessed as a resource, and an entirely commercial sub-market could be created for marijuana. The same way that alcohol now has a competitive commercial market. Ideally marijuana could be regulated in the same manner alcohol is regulated: you cannot do it while driving, while at work and you have to be old enough. America would not only save billions in fighting the “War on Drugs” but they would make billions more in taxes.

Legalizing marijuana can bring big changes in the economy of United States.  There have an analysis done and from the results shown was that Marijuana could bring in over $1 billion in tax revenue and create an industry with jobs and manufacturing. It would also save $170 million in court and imprisonment costs. This is a remarkable way for California to decrease its deficit, which is estimated at $42 billion this year. Instead of placing the profit in the hands of drug lords and dealers, marijuana would become a private market like any other product. Crime rates could potentially drop. Similar to what happened after alcohol prohibition was lifted in 1933, because marijuana would not be widely sold on the black market

World Health Organization studies concluded, “On existing patterns of use, cannabis poses a much less serious public health problem than is currently posed by alcohol and tobacco in Western societies. It should be legalized at the very least decriminalized. Marijuana use, the act of consuming the chemical tetrahydracannabinol (THC), is less dangerous than drinking alcohol, but is treated as a much more dangerous act in American law. People are allowed to go out to bars and get drunk legally, so why aren’t there bars for people to go and use marijuana if they do not want to get drunk? The reason for this and all American marijuana policy is based on unreasonable double standards of society that have defined marijuana as a dangerous.

The debate over the legalization of marijuana has been one of the most controversial issues ever to occur in the United States. Its use as a medicine has existed for thousands of years in many countries worldwide and is documented as far back as 2700 BC in ancient Chinese writings. But it is still illegal to grow or smoke marijuana in United States and many other countries.

Marijuana has long been considered a Class A substance, making its possession as offensive crime as possession of heroin or cocaine. But, its usage should be equated with that of tobacco and alcohol, rather than that of harder drugs.

What would happen if marijuana was legalized? Would everybody become a drug dealer, drug lord, or a pot head? This legalization would inevitably add a new and powerful industry to our draining economy. Drugs are already a legalized and powerful industry well the pharmaceutical industry. You have a headache? We have been always told go buy some Tylenol   take couple of doses here and there and your headache will go away, it always sounds effective. How about this: Have a long day at work? Go buy some Marijuana from your local store, take a couple of hits here and there and your stress will go away.
