Safety Issues/ Concern:
- Wash your hands with soap and water before you begin to cook to prevent the spread of bacteria.
- If you have long hair put it up so that it won’t catch on fire or fall into the food.
- Make sure all dishes are clean before using them to prevent catching a disease.
- Use oven mitts when removing/placing your cake into the oven so that you don’t get burned. If you get burnt run it under cold water for 15 minutes and after put on triple antibiotic (do not cover with a band aid).
- When cooling keep out of reach from small children to prevent them for getting burnt.
- Let cool before eating so that you do not burn your tongue.
